If you know what you want, we are here to provide that for you efficiently with the minimum of fuss.

However many people find the range and complexity of options a little overwhelming. At G Harries & Sons we will thoroughly and sympathetically explain your choices and provide a full explanation of the costs.

The usual options are:

Direct Cremation

With Direct Cremation the process of cremation (without guests) is separated from whatever ceremony or otherwise you want. The ceremony can take before or after the cremation. This may helpful if the available time and environment of the cremation do not meet your needs.

Direct cremation costs less than those with family and friends in attendance.

Cremation/Burial

Some decisions will have to be made when you loved one dies, such as where you want them to rest and whether their wishes were for a cremation or burial.

The majority of people opt for cremation, however whichever you choose there are more options available now than ever before.

This is popular way to honour the life of a loved one. These celebrations are usually humanist, civil, or non-religious, but we can easily incorporate religious rituals into these personalised ceremonies for you.
